RiverCity Washers - Durable Molded Plastic

While creating the RiverCity Washers game boards it became known that a durable plastic would be needed in order to sustain the impact of steel washers being thrown from twenty feet away. During the development and prototype phase, many different gauges of plastic were tested to ensure that not only a durable molded plastic washer board was developed, but also a product that was lightweight. This was needed to maintain diversity among those games boards made from wood and other such materials that make up the different variations available today.

RiverCity Washers is currently partnered with a plastics manufacturer in the U.S.A. (Midwest) to develop and manufacture the washer game board via a plastic compound that was tested by our Research Team. This particular plastic compound is resilient and durable to support the game of washers while maintaining a lightweight consistency. While all products developed by RiverCity Washers are tested to maintain high quality and design, particular emphasis was given to the molded plastic design of the washer board itself. This durable molded plastic washer game set has been tested to support a substantial amount of weight placed on the actual game board without it breaking or permanently bending out of place. If the washer game board does bend outward from the bottom if stepped on, it will self heal and realign itself back to its original form. This is a significant advantage over the boards made from wood that often break when stepped on, or abused.

A unique feature that came to us as a surprise based upon how the RiverCity Washer board is formed allows for washer boards to be stacked upon each other to consolidate room and make for easy transportation. The washer game boards measures out at 18.5 inches by 21.5 inches and the weight totals roughly 10 lbs (without packaging/shipping weight) which allows for easy portability for all ages.

The black colored EVO2PRO washer game set in particular is made from recycled material which enables this product offering to be made from 100% recycled products.
